When to Seek Individual Therapy
Individual therapy also called "Individual talk therapy" or "Individual psychotherapy" constitutes a process wherein clients engage in one-on-one sessions with a therapist to delve into their emotions, thoughts, beliefs, or behaviours within a secure and confidential setting.
